01 · Calendars
The whole team's weekly schedule
One column per day, one row per hour, one calendar per practitioner. Opening hours, opening days and the default appointment length (5 to 120 minutes) are set to suit your practice.
- Appointment types: consultation, check-up, handling, supplier, break, absence…, with customisable colour coding.
- Filter by practitioner and search for a wearer from the schedule.
- "Lens being fitted" indicator on the appointment.
- Create a new wearer straight from the appointment.
- Fit-to-screen view, detailed view and single-day detail.
02 · Wearers and wearer record
The wearer's whole file on a single page
The wearer record is made of blocks that each user can arrange as they like. A floating sticky note, specific to each wearer, keeps reminders in view.
Equipment
Current lenses and glasses, RE and LE, with their parameters. Full history of archived equipment, viewable and reusable.
Visits
Reports in free text with predefined phrases, or as a structured fitting form. View, edit and print.
Key data
Case history, refraction, keratometry, biomicroscopy: a dated clinical summary with the history of every check-up.
Notes and files
Rich-text notes. Prescriptions, letters, photos and topographies sorted by name, type and date, filterable by visit.
Letters
Pre-filled letter to the ophthalmologist from an equipment record, templates with variables, import of Word letters in RTF format.
Equipment entered in seconds
From the third character typed, Eyeview searches the supplier catalogues and fills in the parameters automatically. Right and left eye entry with copy from one eye to the other, reusable equipment templates and a reminder date calculated from your default duration.
Structured visits
The "Contact lens fitting follow-up" form guides the full record: case history, preliminary tests, refraction, keratometry, lens trials, wettability, centration, movement and conclusion.
The wearer list
Instant filtering by surname, first name, date of birth, town or email, sorting by creation or modification date. Secure deletion with double confirmation, logged.
03 · Lens tracking
The life cycle of every lens, nothing forgotten
Lens tracking connects the wearer, the supplier and your stock. When the reminder date is reached, Eyeview automatically moves the equipment to "Reminders to send", or straight to "Orders to place" for wearers on direct ordering.

One-click reminders
Email or text message according to the wearer's contact preference, from templates with variables: title, name, equipment, shop, date.
Supplier orders
Orders emailed to the supplier with pre-filled subject and message, RE and LE grouped in a single order.
Receipt and traceability
Lot number, delivery note, Datamatrix and conformity recorded per item. "Confirm and notify" tells the wearer their lenses have arrived.
Returns and credit notes
Orders to return and credit notes received are tracked to the end.

Where is health data hosted?

In France, with an HDS-certified host (the French certification for health data hosting). Sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256 and each practice can only access its own wearers.

When an item's reminder date is reached, Eyeview automatically moves it to "Reminders to send". You then send the reminder to the wearer in one click, by email or text message.
Can data be migrated from previous software?
